How do I place an order?
You can order directly from mayraorigin.com by adding items to your cart and checking out. You can also message us on WhatsApp or Facebook with your product, size, name, phone, and full delivery address — our team will confirm the order on the same channel.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery across Bangladesh, plus advance payments via Bkash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and major debit / credit cards at checkout.
What's the delivery time?
Inside Dhaka: 2–3 working days. Outside Dhaka: 4–5 working days. Working days do not include public holidays. Weather and courier-side delays may extend timelines occasionally.
How much is the delivery charge?
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location. Inside Dhaka is the lowest rate; outside Dhaka varies by district. For outside-Dhaka COD orders, the delivery charge must be paid in advance.
Can I exchange my product if the size doesn't fit?
Yes. You can exchange any eligible product within 72 hours of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact. Courier charges for exchange are paid by the customer.
Where can I find your size chart?
Each product page lists the exact measurements for that style. If you are unsure about sizing, message us on WhatsApp with your chest, height, and usual size — we'll recommend the best fit.
Do you offer express or same-day delivery?
Express delivery inside Dhaka is available for select areas. Message us on WhatsApp with your address and order to check express eligibility and charges.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we share the courier tracking ID with you via WhatsApp. You can track it directly on the courier's website (Pathao, Steadfast, RedX, etc.).
I have a custom design idea — can MAYRA produce it?
Yes. For custom sticker tees, use our live designer at /customize-tshirt-sticker. For larger custom or bulk orders (events, teams, corporates), email business@mayrafashion.com with your concept and quantity.
What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
Notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and a short video of the issue via WhatsApp. Verified defective items qualify for a free replacement or full refund, including delivery charges.
