Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Return or exchange requests should be made within 3 days of delivery.
- Products with custom personalization are not eligible unless defective.
Exchange Process
- Share order ID and reason through our contact channel.
- Our team confirms the request and arranges pickup or drop-off guidance.
- Approved exchanges are shipped as soon as returned item verification is complete.
