Terms & Conditions
We always strive to provide you with the best service. By placing an order with MAYRA Origin, you agree to the following terms covering payment, delivery, exchanges, and customer support.
Orders & Confirmation
- Orders are confirmed only after successful submission and verification by our team.
- Our team may contact you on WhatsApp or by phone to confirm details before dispatch.
- Providing incorrect address or contact information may delay or cancel your delivery.
- Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be modified — please double-check your details before confirming.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Cash on Delivery is available across Bangladesh.
- For deliveries outside Dhaka, the delivery charge must be paid in advance.
- Home delivery is supported in all major district towns through our courier partners.
- Advance delivery charges are non-refundable in any circumstance.
Nationwide Delivery & Timelines
- Inside Dhaka: typically 2–3 working days.
- Outside Dhaka: typically 4–5 working days.
- Couriers are third-party service providers, so delivery time depends on their schedule and your area.
- Unexpected delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or other reasons beyond our control — we ask for your patience and will always update you.
Advance Payment Policy
- For orders worth BDT 2,000 or above, a 10% advance payment may be required.
- For bulk orders of 5 or more products, a 10% advance payment may be required.
- Advance payments are accepted via Bkash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer.
- Once advance is paid, the remaining amount is collected as COD on delivery (where applicable).
Pricing
- All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and may change without prior notice.
- Promotional and offer prices are valid only during the announced campaign period.
- Discounts cannot be combined with other ongoing offers unless explicitly stated.
- MAYRA Origin reserves the right to update or correct pricing at any time.
Product Verification at Delivery
- Please check your product(s), size, and condition at the time of delivery before completing payment.
- If there is any visible issue, raise it while the delivery agent is still present.
- Once the delivery agent leaves, complaints, exchanges, or returns can only be processed under specific exceptions.
- Customized or sticker-personalized items must be inspected immediately upon receipt.
Exchange Policy
- Products with valid sizing or quality issues can be exchanged within 72 hours of delivery.
- Exchanges can be processed via courier (courier charges apply) or in person where available.
- Exchange is subject to stock availability of the requested size or design.
- Offer or campaign prices do not apply to exchanges placed after the campaign ends.
Return Policy
- Customers may return eligible products at their own delivery expense.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Advance delivery charges and personalized/customized product charges are strictly non-refundable.
- Refunds for approved returns are processed within 5–7 business days after verification.
Authenticity & Intellectual Property
- MAYRA Origin only sells its own designs — no third-party products are stocked or distributed.
- Buying, reselling, or promoting our products under another brand name is strictly prohibited.
- All designs, prints, photographs, and content on our website are the property of MAYRA Origin.
- Unauthorized use of our content or trademarks will be addressed legally.
Customer Privacy
- Customer information is never shared with anyone except courier partners for delivery purposes.
- Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Courier & Delivery Responsibility
- Deliveries are handled by trusted third-party couriers including Pathao, Steadfast, and similar partners.
- MAYRA Origin is not liable for delays, damage, or disruptions caused by courier service issues.
- We will, however, work with you and the courier to resolve any genuine delivery problem.
Modifications to Terms
- MAYRA Origin reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these terms at any time without prior notice.
- Updated terms take effect immediately once published on this page.
- Continued use of our website or placing new orders means you accept the updated terms.
